Since Alice and I are planning a fabulous urban shoot for her family this summer, I had to dip back into the archives in her honor. It was cold and snowy the last time we did a photo shoot and her little peanut was adorable in his little sweater vest. Can't wait to see what summer cuteness we can wrangle up!

My Sister's Wedding

Since Easter is a day for family, I thought I would share some photos from my sister's wedding. She was married in St Lucia a few weeks ago and I had the chance to snap a few photos during the day. I wasn't the official photographer as I wanted to be part of her big day without a camera in my hand! It was a gorgeous location with a gorgeous bride...I'm not biased at all :)

I come bearing photos from overseas! My Australian hubby and I just got back from a trip to Australia and I am sharing my favorite session from my time down under. The subject matter is near and dear to my heart since it is my brother-in-law and sister-in-law and my gorgeous nephews. I miss them already!

Inspired by The Freewheelin' Bob Dylan

At last count, I've been to about 15 Bob Dylan shows so it's safe to assume I'm a little bit of a nut for my friend Bobby. So when I photographed Brandi and Drake in the West Bottoms on a cold January day, I couldn't help but think about the album cover for The Freewheelin' Bob Dylan. In the famous album cover, Bobby and his then girlfriend, Suze, amble down a West Village street in NYC in their winter coats in 1963. Not only did the setting and couple remind me of the album cover but Drake brought his guitar too...
